  • Faygate

Faygate Station is located on the Arun Valley Line, It serves the small village of Faygate and the Faygate Business Centre, situated in the countryside between Crawley and Horsham.

The single track branch line of the London Brighton and South Coast Railway between Three Bridges and Horsham was opened 14 February 1848 and Crawley and Faygate were intermediate stations each with two platforms to enable trains to pass. The line was doubled throughout during 1862 to coincide with the extension of the railway from Horsham to the Arun Valley.

Now a popular commuter station there is a lot more to do on the station doorstep, a large car boot sale happens every Saturday morning just 5 minutes walk from the station, there are several pubs close by and some wonderful walking and mountain biking routes to be enjoyed.

If you visit a business or attraction in Faygate please do send us a review to be featured here on this page.
