Singing for the Brain® 

Join the Alzheimers Society for Singing for the Brain where music and singing brings people with dementia and their carers together in a friendly and social environment. Enjoy a warm drink and an hour of music and singing led by trained facilitators. We provide a varied programme of vocal, rhythmic and gentle physical exercise and dance, along with songs from different eras and styles

Sessions are held fortnightly on a Monday in Lingfield and Doormansland community Centre from 10.30am-12. There is a small charge of £3.50 per person.

A new singing group for people living with dementia is being launched by Alzheimer’s Society, in Oxted.

Sessions run fortnightly in Oxted on Fridays between 2 and 3.30pm at Oxted Community Hall, 53, Church Lane, Oxted, Surrey, RH8 9NB.

There is a £3.50 charge per person per session which includes refreshments.
